Jay Weiss, Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Jay is a seasoned Computer Medic and all around computer nerd.  An early adopter of SBS with 4.0, Jay has more than twenty years of SMB experience and was personally involved in the historic launch of the SMB Nation Conference in Indianapolis in 1999.  Jay is highly trained and holds certifications in a number of bleeding-edge technologies including:

  • SCVP (Speakeasy Certified Voice Partners)
  • LVSC (Linksys Voice Systems Certified)
  • LOC (LinksysOne Certified)
  • DREC (Data Recovery Expert Certification)

  • A+ (CompTIA A+ Certification)
  • MCT (Microsoft Certified Trainer)

Also an early adopter of VoIP, over the past seven years, Jay has been an active consultant with other VoIP providers and has personally installed a variety of VoIP solutions.  An expert in the field, Jay is currently writing a book on VoIP for the Small Business Consultant for SMB Publishing. When completed, his book will reduce confusion and give readers a map to follow so they can install and sell VoIP with authority and confidence.

Prior to founding ComputerHMO, Jay worked as a professional magician.  He is a performing member of the world famous Magic Castle in Hollywood, CA and founder of Mr. Magic Entertainment Services.


Bill Cooper, Chief Strategy Officer

 

Bill is now poised to lead the future growth and development of ComputerHMO as its Chief Strategy Officer, utilizing a wide spectrum of experience and skill sets. A sales and marketing executive who has always produced results, Bill has a proven track record in the beverage industry, as well as diversity from cosmetics and fragrances to BMW’s. He personally created and marketed, through his own company, a successful premium imported vodka which he subsequently sold to a global conglomerate in the beverage industry. He is an alumnus of Revlon and Heublein (now Diageo.) Bill has been successful in the development and direction of national and international, multi-million dollar businesses; returning diverse business organizations to profitability through effective leadership; creating successful marketing efforts; analyzing and implementing effective merchandising techniques and motivating and developing management and staff to full potential.

Over the past twenty years his career has encompassed the management of sales and marketing, operational and financial activities, research and development, distribution and formulation with the successful launch of new products and services, as well as reviving old products in the marketplace. Bill has a great deal of experience in the Information Technology world with a major emphasis on SAP software. He is also an accomplished management consultant and executive recruiter who has effectively and confidentially carried out the mission whether directly for a CEO or a client firm. Bill is an experienced professional negotiator and is able to evaluate situations and people quickly.

Mike Noll, Chief Financial Officer

Mike is a CPA with thirty years of hands-on business experience.  His expertise keeps ComputerHMO fit and healthy. His experience in tax, technology, and financial fundamentals offers ComputerHMO an outstanding resource as a portfolio manager. Initially trained as a senior auditor with Arthur Young, Mike is an accountant in private practice and provides tax, accounting, and business consulting to a variety of large and small businesses, estates, trusts and not-for-profit organizations.

Mike holds a BA from The Colorado College and was an instructor for The Becker CPA Review.  An active member of the Rotary Club of Altadena, he has served as Treasurer and President, and as assistant Governor for Rotary District 5300.
